God is working

I have to first appologize for my delay. I have been very preoccupied lately. Jeff had all the elders of the church preach a day in March. Well last Sunday was my day. Needless to say I was a nervous wreck for the last two weeks.

I was reading in the book of Habakkuk a couple of days ago and something hit me right between the eyes. (first read Habakkuk 1:1-5) My wife just posted about perspective, well this has kind of put in place for me. Habakkuk began by complaining to God. Our big WWWWHHHHYYYY???? questions bouncing around the courts of heaven.

Then God said this, "Look among the nations, and see; wonder and be astounded. For I am doing a work in your days that you would not believe if told."

We worry constantly about what do we do next. He basically answers us the very same way LOOK and BE AMAZED

Oh how awesome it would be to have such strong faith that we didn't question God or his timing on anything... just trusted his word that he is working on great things in our lives. Time after time God shows me that he knows what's best for me.. but I swear I almost always still wonder if he's going to have my back when something big crops up. lol When will I ever learn, right?

I thought someone had unplugged your keyboard, but then I noticed that Brandy was having no problems posting... ;)

God is definitely up to something, isn't He? Got an idea for you and me, since we're praying for one another...

Ask me about it next time you see me.

I just now read this post...incredible encouragement for me! Thanks a bunch. It's always so amazing to see what God is doing, we just seem to always be lost in the fog!
